The old system had broken lines, heavily corroded fittings, chafed/broken blocks, and even winches that had completely fallen off their fixings.

Riggtech completely overhauled the Manual Winch Shutter System replacing all lines, winches, fixings, blocks, other running gear and fixings with high quality replacements. Winches were relocated to minimise wear and to obtain correct alignment, their bases we custom fabricated and painted to blend in with the rest of the space. The Manual Winch Shutter System now operates smoother than ever opening or closing/lifting or lowering the shutters whenever the clients desires.
