Semco Teak Cleaner is the No. 1 teak cleaner on the market! Don’t sand the teak unless it is badly grooved or grainy. And never pressure wash it either!! Our teak cleaners can get the grey off, the teak clean and back to its original colour without harsh sanding.
Watch your teak transform before your eyes!
Application:
- Simply wet the teak, apply the Part A cleaner to the wet teak and scrub with a White Doodlebug Scotchbrite, let it sit for 5-10 minutes without letting it dry, then rinse it off.
- Follow up with the Part B brightener and again let it sit for 5-10 minutes without letting it dry, then give it a good rinse off.
- Let the cleaned teak dry for 48 hours before sealing the teak with your choice of SEMCO Teak Sealer for a lasting, natural looking, stain resistant finish.

Quick Tips and Tricks:
- Before Cleaning your teak remove it from any unfinished surfaces or any items that might be affected if possible. Semco Teak Cleaner may affect painted surfaces, stain concrete or mark aluminium fittings. Semco will not affect your lawn or fibreglass.
- Always wear gloves and safety goggles when using Semco Tak Cleaner.
- Always scrub with the grain of the timber and never across the grain.
- For large flat surfaces use Shurhold or 3M scrubbing pad poles.
- Semco Teak Cleaner will remove Semco Teak Sealer from the teak/timber.
